Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Mundelein, Illinois. Larger landscape fabric orders are shipped directly from DeWitt - typically the next business day.
Tenax, Hortonova and Ornex orders ship directly from Tenax. They ship via UPS and sometimes can take a few business days to ship.
Custom and larger shade cloth panels ship direct from the manufacturer.
We charge $9.99 for shipping and handling on most orders. However, large or bulky items may require additional shipping charges. This will be indicated in the description of the product.
Sales tax is charged only on orders shipped to customers in Illinois.
Generally, the products carried by CatalogClearance.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Documentation of such warranties is located in the product packaging.
